What You'll Do
As a Content Senior Specialist – BCG Vantage within the Content Management team, you will help to improve BCG's knowledge base. The primary focus will be Knowledge Curation activities, such as capturing, curating & sharing meaningful content across various document repositories and bringing it back to the broader BCG community. You will also be required to work closely with the team leadership & Practice Area’s on special projects to improve the quality of content on our intranet (Navigator) database.
You will provide primary knowledge curation for GEO LatAm Practice cases and materials for BCG’s knowledge management system. This includes connecting with case teams & BCG Vantage team members, seeking information, and curating PA materials for our internal portal. You will be closely working with the GEO PA in capturing and publishing case documents and practice area materials to improve accuracy and quality. This is not a client facing role.
A key tenant of this role involves supporting the GEO LatAm Practice Area to execute priority content projects such as case vignette capture, credentials management, case context & proposal repository management. To achieve this, you will work with the GEO team leadership to drive key content improvement projects such as content Audits and content reporting.

In Latin America (LatAm), it blends local market knowledge with AI integration and agile operating models to drive technology, corporate, and operational innovation across the region.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree required – preferably in business, or related research/analysis-intense field

4-6 years of relevant work experience or equivalent preferably in the Knowledge Management industry

Expertise in relevant sector/ topic

Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish & English

Excellent business writing skills

Knowledge of business documents such as Proposals, credentials, case studies etc. is desirable

Knowledge of content analytics and reporting is a must

Understanding of GenAI tools like Chat-GPT, Claude etc. with the ability to apply them to day-to-day work is a must

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
