- Develops accurate, complete, and concise construction drawings utilizing Autodesk Revit for a variety of project types including manufacturing, industrial/distribution, data centers, commercial, retail
- Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines to ensure deliverables are compliant with project specifications, design and model changes, and client expectations
- Works directly with engineers and designers to produce contract documents and sketches that align with drafting standards
- Applies building design, drafting and engineering knowledge and detailing practices in a dependable and efficient manner to execute contract documents.
- Attends conferences, seminars, and workshops on behalf of the company with the intent to continue to learn and develop skills and transferring knowledge internally within the organization
- May review shop drawings and submittals
- Communicates effectively with the design team to ensure that changes in procedure, standards or elements within the project are effectively communicated to project teams
