We are looking for a Product Owner to maximize product value by owning the backlog and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams. You will balance priorities, clarify scope, and validate outcomes to ensure high-quality releases—apply to help drive measurable impact.
Responsibilities

Own the product backlog for an assigned product or product area

Prioritize backlog items based on business value, dependencies, and constraints

Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria that are ready for development

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate needs into functional requirements

Align expectations by communicating progress, changes, and trade-offs to stakeholders
-
Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, refinement, and reviews
-
Clarify requirements during development and respond quickly to team questions
-
Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and support release readiness and UAT
-
Gather stakeholder and user feedback to update priorities and drive continuous improvement

Partner with engineering and QA to define feasible, testable functional and non-functional requirements

Support defect triage by assessing impact and prioritizing fixes

Identify opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, and product value
Requirements
-
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in Agile teams
-
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience gathering and clarifying requirements
-
Strong backlog management experience including prioritization by value, dependencies, and constraints
-
Strong Scrum and Agile principles knowledge and practical application in team ceremonies

Strong user story writing skills with clear acceptance criteria

Strong analytical skills and organizational skills to manage competing priorities

Experience in retail and eCommerce digital products, including DTC and payment gateway contexts
-
Cross-functional collaboration skills with engineers and QA and ability to explain requirements to technical and non-technical audiences

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
