As a Senior Recruiter supporting our Distribution business, you'll own the full hiring cycle while acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders across the region.
Role Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Pipeline
- Own end-to-end recruiting for Distribution roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines of exceptional candidates for current and future opportunities
Develop deep knowledge of your supported Talent Communities to match candidates with the right roles

Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — pushing back when needed, advising on tradeoffs, and bringing sharp market intelligence to every conversation
- Collaborate with Finance, Compensation, and Employee Success to drive an efficient, compliant hiring process
Partner with sourcing specialists, recruiting coordinators, and peer advisors to deliver a high-touch candidate experience

Strategy & Excellence
- Contribute to team-level recruiting strategy, pipeline health reviews, and competitive talent intelligence initiatives
- Participate in global recruiting programs designed to fill current openings and build long-term pipeline health
Identify and improve broken processes — you don't walk past a problem, you fix it

Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally for Sales or Distribution roles
- Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
- Strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience establishing relationships — both remote and in-person — with top-tier talent and key stakeholders
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience (e.g., extracurricular leadership, military experience, or demonstrated skills-based background)
