We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our international recruitment activities across multiple regions and industries.
This is a remote freelance position offering the opportunity to work closely with an international team on long-term recruitment projects. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and building strong talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns for various positions.
- Publish job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through different recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and prepare recruitment reports.
- Coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers and project teams.
- Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Headhunting.
- Strong experience with candidate sourcing and job advertising.
- Ability to conduct interviews independently and assess candidate suitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English or Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
- Based in Brazil or another South American country.
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting for international organizations or multinational environments is a strong advantage.
