Aufgaben und Verantwortung

Support the execution of trade marketing initiatives with clients and at points of sale, including window displays, displays, promotional materials, images, special projects and events, while following up on availability, deadlines, installation and execution.

Coordinate B2B communications with clients, sales representatives and partners, including the sharing of images, videos, lookbooks, invitations, campaigns and guidelines on the correct use of the brand on social media.

Support product and collection launches by translating, adapting and organizing sales and marketing materials when necessary.

Keep controls and reports updated regarding marketing materials, commercial actions, campaigns, events, relationship programs and execution indicators.

Anforderungen

Previous experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service, Sales or related areas, with an integrated view between marketing and sales.

Analytical, structured and hands-on profile, with a strong sense of responsibility, collaboration and focus on excellent execution.

Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.

Experience with Canva, Photoshop or similar tools will be considered a plus.

Intermediate to advanced English, with the ability to read materials, write emails, participate in meetings and communicate with headquarters.

Spanish will be considered a plus.
