This is a sales position.
This is not a customer support, administrative, or customer success role.
Your primary mission will be to generate revenue, acquire new customers, create business opportunities, and help grow our company.
If you enjoy sales, follow-up, prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals, we would love to meet you.
If you are uncomfortable making outbound calls, following up multiple times, handling objections, or being measured by results, this position is probably not the right fit.
Please do not apply if you have never sold residential or commercial cleaning services before.

What You'll Be Responsible For Lead Conversion
- Respond quickly to incoming leads
- Answer inbound sales calls
- Call, text, and email prospects
- Follow up consistently until a decision is made
- Schedule estimates and consultations
- Convert inquiries into paying customers
Business Development
- Prospect new opportunities
- Contact property managers
- Contact real estate agents and brokers
- Contact apartment communities
- Build relationships with local businesses
- Generate commercial cleaning opportunities
Strategic Outreach
- Connect with local influencers and community partners
- Develop referral partnerships
- Create outreach campaigns
- Help expand brand visibility in the local market
Outbound Sales
- Cold calling
- Cold emailing
- Follow-up campaigns
- Reactivation of past leads
- Reactivation of former customers
Sales Process Improvement
- Help improve sales scripts
- Test new sales approaches
- Track conversion rates
- Suggest ideas to increase sales performance
- Contribute to continuous sales process improvements

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience selling residential or commercial cleaning services
- Proven sales experience with measurable results
- Strong closing skills
- Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day
- Excellent follow-up discipline
- Highly organized and proactive
- Fluent Portuguese
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Ability to communicate confidently with U.S.-based customers
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling cleaning services in the U.S. market
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with outbound prospecting
- Experience with commercial cleaning sales
- Experience building referral partnerships
- Experience working remotely for U.S.-based companies
Compensation Base Salary
R$ 2,500 – R$ 3,000 per month Plus Dollars Commissions
Performance Commissions
In addition to base salary, you will earn commissions in Dollars based on performance and results. Successful team members typically earn significantly more through commissions and bonuses.
Commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
Top performers have the potential to significantly increase their monthly earnings through commissions.
