We’re hiring for two positions:
- Online Position: Work remotely, creating amazing content with AI tools support, explaining Brazil, and teaching Portuguese online.
- Copacabana Position: Join us on-site in Rio de Janeiro, creating captivating videos about Brazil and teaching through videos and in-person classes at our Copacabana headquarters.
- Create engaging YouTube videos: Design educational and entertaining content that teaches Portuguese while celebrating Brazilian culture—especially the charm of Rio de Janeiro.
- Teach Portuguese classes: Deliver dynamic and interactive Portuguese lessons, either online or in person, depending on your role.
- Manage the YouTube channel: Handle uploads, optimize video performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to grow our channel.
- Connect with our audience: Develop content that resonates with foreigners eager to learn Portuguese and explore Brazil.
- Create viral content: Use proven strategies to craft videos that are not only watched but loved and shared globally.
- Stay updated: Keep up with YouTube trends, viral formats, and topics that appeal to international audiences interested in Brazil.
- Advanced English: Strong communication skills in English to connect with an international audience.
- Proven experience with YouTube: Experience managing a YouTube channel, including content creation, SEO, and audience engagement.
- Viral video knowledge: A knack for creating videos that are educational, entertaining, and highly shareable.
- AI video tools knowledge: Experience using AI video tools, especially for the online position.
- Teaching experience: Prior experience teaching Portuguese to foreigners is a major plus.
- Creativity and organizational skills: Ability to manage content creation, channel growth, and teaching with excellent time management skills.
- Goal-driven mindset: Focused on setting and achieving goals to elevate the channel’s performance.
- Salary: Base salary of R$3,000–R$4,000, with the potential to earn up to R$1,000 extra based on results and goals.
