Mission
We are looking for a resilient and strategic leader to manage our Talent Acquisition front focused on the core business. You will be responsible for leading a team of 3 to 5 recruiters, ensuring efficiency in closing operational and tactical positions (Logistics, Transportation, etc.) nationwide. In addition to direct people management, you will act as the primary link between HR, business leaders, and external search firms, always focusing on process optimization and performance metrics.
Scope of Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and engage a distributed team across different regions of Brazil, ensuring cultural alignment and high-quality delivery.

Monitor the performance, SLAs, and quality of internal recruiters and external recruitment agencies responsible for high-volume positions.

Work consultatively with managers to understand headcount needs and plan hiring waves.

Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel and implement continuous improvements to reduce Time-to-Hire and enhance the Candidate Experience.

Track and report key recruitment KPIs.
