You will play a key role in shaping how our EPM solutions win in the market, from defining positioning and go-to-market strategies to driving adoption across Windows, Linux, and MacOS environments, including the opportunity to build a new product from the ground up. Own and contribute to the evolution of the end-to-end Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) product strategy, collaborating closely with product leadership and cross-functional teams;
Drive product discovery initiatives, helping to identify opportunities, validate problems, and shape solutions aligned with market needs;
Support the definition and refinement of product positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market approaches;
Partner with engineering, technical specialists, and product stakeholders to translate business opportunities into product initiatives;
Collaborate in building and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer value;
Work alongside internal stakeholders (product, sales, marketing, cs, and leadership) to strengthen product-market fit and adoption;
Contribute to the development and evolution of EPM solutions across Windows, Linux, and MacOS, including new product initiatives;
Bring market insights, customer perspective, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions;
Leverage AI tools and modern product practices to enhance discovery, prioritization, and decision-making processes;
Act as the primary owner for EPM product performance, growth, and market expansion.
Strong experience as a Senior Product Manager in B2B technology companies;
Strong background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, or endpoint solutions;
Experience working with endpoint environments (e.g., operating systems like Windows, Linux, and MacOS);
Solid understanding of Endpoint Privilege Management or related security concepts (e.g., attack surface reduction, privilege elevation);
Experience in product discovery, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy;
Business-oriented mindset, with strong focus on product positioning and market success (not a technical/TPM profile);
Experience collaborating with technical teams (engineering, DevOps, infrastructure), while operating at the business layer;
Strong familiarity with AI tools and their application in product management workflows;
Advanced English (professional working proficiency).
