We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Branding Lead with strong experience in brand identity development and rebranding projects.This role will be responsible for shaping and strengthening the company’s overall brand image, positioning, and visual identity across all channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading successful rebranding initiatives, building strong brand systems, and translating brand strategy into impactful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand identity and rebranding initiatives from strategy to execution
- Develop and maintain brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Ensure brand consistency across online and offline platforms
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, marketing, and social media teams
- Drive creative direction for campaigns, brand materials, and communications
- Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen brand positioning
- Build and maintain brand guidelines and governance standards
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies
Must Have
- Proven experience in brand identity building and rebranding
- Strong understanding of:
- Brand positioning
- Visual identity systems
- Brand guidelines
- Creative direction
- Strong execution capability with hands-on involvement
- Portfolio showcasing branding or rebranding projects
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- 5 years of managerial-level branding or brand marketing experience
- Professional English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience from tech, consumer internet, entertainment, gaming, or digital-first companies
- Experience in 0–1 brand building or regional brand expansion
