Title: Treasury Analyst - Indaiatuba/SP - 121669
As a Treasury Analyst on the U.S. Cash Management team at John Deere, based at the Regional Office in Indaiatuba/SP, you will play a key role in supporting global financial operations by ensuring the accuracy of bank reconciliations and accounting processes across Deere units worldwide. You will manage customer support for international payments (U.S) and intercompany loans, while also providing ad hoc assistance for transactional issues.
- Collaborate with partner areas, maintaining good communication and interpersonal relationships;

Bank Statement Reconciliation: Ensure all prior day bank statements are received and properly loaded into SAP. Investigate any missing statements and document explanations;

Manual Payment Requests: Enter or approve any manual payment requests received from Global units;

Daily Cash Positioning: Reconcile SAP versus Cash Pool Forecast and issue Investment Decisions for the U.S. and Canada Cash Pool;

Deere CM Shared Mailbox Maintenance: Assist with inquiries sent to Deere CM from our Global units;

Handle Ad-hoc Tasks and Project Work;

Quarterly U.S. Cash & Cash Equivalents Reconciliation: Reconcile U.S. Cash & Cash Equivalents to SAP to provide data to the Funding team for exhibit preparation;

Monitor cash balances in U.S. investment accounts to ensure adherence to investment guidelines. Move earned interest to main opperational accounts as required to restore the agreed target balance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
-
Advanced English (broad vocabulary, strong grammar, able to lead meetings, argue, negotiate, and conduct training sessions);

Experience with SAP or similar ERPs;

Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury concepts;

Basic knowledge of cash accounting;

Proactive attitude and focus on task execution with strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service;

Available to work on-site in Indaiatuba/SP one or two times a week;
-
Flexibility to work non-standard hours (e.g., 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
- Intermediate Spanish (reads and writes emails autonomously, participates in calls and meetings);

Experience with continuous improvement projects;

Previous Treasury experience;

Strong analytical and organizational skills.
