Develop, monitor, and implement projects based on the definitions outlined in the technical proposal and the field surveys conducted with the client; establish, in conjunction with your immediate supervisor, guidelines for system definitions that enable technically and economically viable solutions, meeting the specific needs of each project in order to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Essential Responsibilities:
- Commission, specify, design, and document electronic systems.
- Supervise the assembly of equipment and infrastructure within the electrical scope of the project.
- Perform functional tests and commissioning on high, medium, and low voltage equipment.
- Calibrate and test protection relays, interpreting protection coordination studies.
- Perform tests on high, medium, and low voltage circuit breakers following technical procedures.
- Perform tests on high, medium, and low voltage transformers following technical procedures.
- Perform dielectric tests on electrical panels and power cables.
- Develop and test complete automation projects.
- Interpret project requirements based on internal specifications, client specifications, and product application knowledge.
- Perform detailed site surveys when necessary to evaluate interfaces between new and existing systems.
- Create automation specifications and provide solutions according to engineering standards.
- Software development.
- Network and protocol configuration.
- Create procedures and execute tests for automation systems.
Required Qualification:
- Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Electronic Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Field experience in automation/electrical (power systems).
- Experience with PLC programming.
- Experience in commissioning and testing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of HMI (SCADA) systems is required.
- Knowledge of communication networks and protocols is required.
- Advanced English proficiency.
