Remote Sales Coach & Trainer
Location: Remote (Brazil) | Type: Full-Time | Salary: $800 – $1,000/month USD

We are a growing insurance agency in the United States looking for a dynamic, bilingual Sales Coach & Trainer to join our leadership team remotely. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the development of a high-performing sales team — from the ground up.
You will work directly under the Sales Director and in close collaboration with our Sales Manager and Sales Lead to coach, develop, and elevate the performance of our inside sales, outside sales, and customer service teams.
This is not a passive training role. We need someone who can ride along on live calls, listen to recordings, give real-time feedback, and build and run structured training sessions. You are both a field coach and a classroom trainer — in one.
What You'll Do:
Field Coaching — Listen to live and recorded sales calls, provide real-time feedback, and coach reps one-on-one to improve their pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Structured Training — Design and deliver onboarding programs, playbooks, and ongoing skill-building sessions for new and existing team members.
Performance Monitoring — Collaborate with leadership to track individual rep progress using our performance management platform (Performology) and identify coaching opportunities.
Onboarding New Reps — Build a clear development track for new team members, helping them ramp up quickly and reach performance benchmarks.
Team Development — Work across all three sales teams to build a consistent, winning culture with shared language, skills, and expectations.
Leadership Collaboration — Meet regularly with the Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Sales Lead to align on priorities, share progress, and refine development strategies.
What We're Looking For
U.S. Citizen living in Brazil — This role is specifically designed for American citizens currently residing in Brazil. A valid U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) is required.
Bilingual — English and Spanish required (fluent spoken and written in both).
Proven sales experience — You have sold before. You know what good looks like, and you can teach it.
No insurance experience required — We will train you on the industry; what matters is your sales foundation and your ability to coach.
Strong communicator — You can break down complex concepts simply, deliver feedback with clarity and confidence, and motivate people who are at different skill levels.
Self-starter — This is a fully remote role; you must be disciplined, organized, and proactive without needing to be managed.
Tech comfortable — Comfortable working across video calls, performance platforms, CRM tools, and communication software.
Coaching mindset — You genuinely love developing people. You celebrate others' wins as much as your own.
Schedule:
- Full-time remote position
- Must be available during U.S. business hours to align with the sales team's active selling schedule
- Regular check-ins with leadership via video call
Compensation:
- $800 – $1,000 per month USD based on experience
