- Implement and manage performance scorecards and risk passports, ensuring supplier compliance and risk mitigation.
Comprehensive Risk Assessment:
- Conduct detailed risk assessments and manage the risk passport process.
In-depth Supplier Evaluation:
- Evaluate supplier performance across all dimensions, ensuring high standards of compliance and quality.
RFQ & Bid Management:
- Issue RFQs, manage bid receipts, conduct thorough evaluations, and compare bids.
Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting on Supply Chain performance and make strategic recommendations.
Strategic Supplier Relationship Management:
- Conduct in-depth assessments of supplier capabilities and maintain long-term, strategic relationships to drive innovation.
Technical Collaboration & Tender Support:
- Lead collaboration with Business for technical evaluations and actively participate in Tender Clarification Meetings.
Target Setting & Negotiation:
- Define target prices, communicate with vendors for Best and Final Offers, and negotiate contracts.
Final Bid Comparison & Contract Management/;
- Conduct final bid comparisons, evaluate commercial conditions, and finalize contracts with vendors.
Internal Approval & Reporting:
- Provide internal approval on recommended vendors and generate regular Supply Chain performance reports.
International Vendor Management:
- Manage both foreign and local aspects of Vendor Inspection management and international Supply Chain planning.
