Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - SAP PROJECTS & FARMING to join our team.
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Monitor the health of the portfolio in terms of financial aspects and efficiency of qualitative results;

Monitor and track project progress with project leaders, observing budget execution, scope, schedule, team capacity, project risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary;

Ensure delivery in accordance with project planning;

Organize and facilitate remote project monitoring meetings with multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative environment;

Establish an efficient project communication mechanism with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, stakeholders and teams;

Resolve conflicts and manage crisis situations proactively and assertively;

Experience working with the client's team and other suppliers;
Required Qualifications:
- Senior Project Manager, responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of projects effectively and efficiently;

Mentality focused on results, performance and value delivery;

Experience in agile and waterfall project management methodologies such as PMBOK, SCRUM, COBIT, PMP, LPM (Lean);

Skills in conflict resolution and crisis management;
