As a UX Writer at our company, we expect you to be responsible for the following:

Write and maintain player-facing copy across all platform surfaces — web, iOS, and Android — covering onboarding flows, transaction notifications, account management, and navigation

Own error message copy across registration, payment, and verification flows, ensuring that failure states are clear, actionable, and consistent in tone

Produce responsible gaming tool labels, limit configuration prompts, and self-exclusion flow copy in line with Brazilian regulatory requirements

Write KYC and identity verification messaging, including document submission instructions and status update notifications

Develop and maintain regulatory disclosures, consent language, and mandatory in-app legal notices for the Brazilian market

Write cashier microcopy across deposit and withdrawal flows, including field labels, instructional text, and payment status messages

Collaborate with Product Managers during PRD preparation to define copy requirements before design and development begin

Work with Design to integrate copy into interface components and contribute to the design system content layer

Establish and maintain a UX writing style guide covering tone, voice, terminology, and localization standards across all active surfaces

Define source copy for localization handoff to translation vendors covering Spanish and other languages across non-Brazilian markets

Review interface copy introduced by design or development without UX writing input and bring it into alignment with platform standards
Required skills:

Years of experience: 3 to 5 years in UX writing, content design, or product content strategy

Language: Native or near-native Brazilian Portuguese (required); Spanish (preferred); English working proficiency (required)

Industry: Consumer-facing digital products; fintech or regulated platform experience is an advantage

Compliance: Experience writing within regulatory or legal constraints; familiarity with disclosure language and consent copy

Tooling: Comfortable working in Figma; experience contributing to content within a design system

Documentation: Able to produce and maintain style guides, content inventories, and copy specifications that design and engineering teams can work from
