We are looking for highly motivated and execution-driven Operations Specialists to support the daily operations and growth of our platform.
This role will be involved in website operations, campaign execution, CRM/user retention, Sportsbook and Casino content operations, as well as operational risk control support.
We are seeking candidates with strong English communication skills, excellent adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site operational environment in São Paulo.(If you have experience in any of this responsibility’s, welcome to apply!)
Key Responsibilities
Website & Marketing Operations
Support daily website operations, including page setup, campaign configuration, content updates, and resource placement; Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and platform events;
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign launches and operational execution; Monitor campaign performance and provide operational optimization suggestions. CRM & User Retention Operations
Support new user onboarding, conversion, retention, and lifecycle management initiatives; Assist in executing CRM communications including push notifications, SMS, email campaigns, and promotional targeting;
Analyze user behavior and operational data to improve engagement and retention performance; Support membership segmentation and user engagement strategies.⸻Sportsbook & Casino Operations SupportSportsbook Operations
Assist with sports-related operational activities, including event prioritization, match recommendations, and promotional setup; Monitor sports trends and user preferences across different sports categories;
Support execution of sportsbook marketing campaigns and post-event analysis.Casino Operations Support Slots, Crash Games, and Live Casino category operations;
Assist with game positioning, game resource allocation, and content ranking; Coordinate promotional activities with game providers and vendors;
Monitor game performance and player engagement trends.⸻Operational Risk & Governance Support Assist in monitoring abnormal user activities and operational risks;
Support platform operational governance and risk control processes; Help investigate operational issues, irregular activities, and user complaints;
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and compliance standards.
