We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to support growth in the cryptocurrency sector. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and managing partnerships with cryptocurrency content creators, bloggers, and online influencers to expand brand reach and user acquisition.
- Identify, approach, and onboard cryptocurrency bloggers, influencers, and media partners
- Develop and manage partnership agreements and collaboration terms
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and affiliates
- Execute influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize partnerships based on results
- Track industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and messaging
- Ensure all partnerships comply with applicable platform policies and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
- Experience working with influencers, affiliates, or digital media partners
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Existing network of cryptocurrency influencers, bloggers, or communities
- Experience in affiliate marketing or performance-based partnerships
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord)
- Experience working in remote or international teams
