• Initiate face-to-face meetings, Guide merchants through the onboarding process, offering clear guidance on documentation, and listing procedures.
• Regularly communicate platform updates, marketing opportunities, and best practices to support merchant growth.
• Conduct negotiations on commission rates, superior deals to create best offerings for the customers to drive orders.
Position Requirement
Required Qualifications:
• University Diploma or equivalent in Business Management and Leadership or International Business.
• Experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, with a focus on in-person interactions.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding acquisition targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-ground meetings and industry events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to successfully negotiate with different merchants across various business environments and cultures.
