Development of continuous project improvement and innovations, including KPI´s creation and monitoring
Lead a team to provide high-quality of service to internal and external customers
Coach and mentor team members to improve their knowledge, skills, and performance

Ensure that team members follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and smooth operations, including appropriate RAQA requirements
If appropriate manages 3rd-party logistics service provider relationships effectively and drives continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives for warehousing and delivery operations
Collaborate with other departments to solve customer´s issues and improve customer satisfaction index
Support the logistics manager in managing the department and achieving departmental goals
Ensure timely completion of month-end closing operations and support sales growth
Conduct regular meetings with the team to review performance, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement
Inventory management according to Demand Planning and Import Coordination
Responsible for inventory accuracy
Maintain the control of inbound, cycle counting and outbound activities
Work effectively with the General Manager and the Marketing area so that the business objectives are clearly understood
Responsible for the accuracy and financial precision of the inventory.
Responsible for identifying, negotiating, contracting, and monitoring services and materials for storage and distribution activities.

Availability for domestic and international travel.
As needed up to 5% to gain understanding of global site operations and creating relationships.
