Title: Safety Engineer
Location: São Paulo, São Paulo
Role Summary:
The Sr. Safety Engineer is responsible to lead the fire team and ERP plan, in order to maintain the site's fire system according to Colgate Standards and Brazilian Regulation, and also support the EHS program. This role will be pivotal in executing and ensuring compliance with company standards and Brazilian Regulation.
Responsibilities:

Guarantee the adherence of Loss Prevention program (Colgate Standards and Brazilian Regulation)

Lead PSM Program together with PSM Operational coordinator

Lead the program for compliance with Brazilian Regulation (especially NR-01, NR-05, NR-10, NR-12, NR13, NR-33 and NR-35) and social security legislation (Safety information in e-social).

Working closely with production and engineering areas to identify and eliminate critical risks, managing the follow up of action plan

Follow up and support close Audits findings & other actions related to EHS;

Support to keep Foundational Safety Expectations (FSEs) alive for all individuals involved

Prepare data analytics & dashboards reports for EHS activities;
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Safety Engineering

Knowledge of Fire System of Brazil Law, NFPA or UL and NR´s
-
Solid experience working for Operations in a manufacturing environment.

Good written and presentation skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in PSM Program
-
Knowledge of project engineering ( equipment installation and CEB process)

SAP and Gensuite
