We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to support the growth of an executive leadership community focused on empowering women leaders and HR executives.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or executive outreach who enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving membership growth through strategic engagement.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to HR leaders and senior executives.
- Engage with C-suite women executives to introduce membership opportunities.
- Promote and fill executive networking and leadership events.
- Manage outreach campaigns through email and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Execute follow-up conversations and membership conversion activities.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to support local event strategies and community growth.
- Support marketing and social media initiatives targeted at executive-level professionals.
