Position: Packaging Analyst
Location: Anchieta- Sao Bernardo do Campo, SP, BRA
As a Packaging Analyst, you will enable the execution of projects that drive packaging excellence, sustainable development, and growth through innovation and cost optimization. This is a cross-functional role requiring high collaboration with internal teams—including Marketing, Product Development, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics—as well as external packaging vendors.
System Management: Manage and update technical data within specialized platforms (SAP, AoDocs, MDGM) to create P#s, BOMs, ECNs, initiate dielines, and ensure all process documentation or capability files are ready for Post Launch Reviews.
Secondary Packaging Design: Design functional secondary packaging materials for special packs, fully aligning with consumer needs, client expectations, and manufacturing or logistics requirements.
Project Delivery & Alignment: Secure necessary alignments and approvals from all stakeholders across every development stage, guaranteeing that packaging projects are delivered strictly on time.
Cross-Functional Support: Provide critical technical information—such as specifications, drawings, and protocols—to dependent areas to ensure seamless organizational workflows.
Risk & Validation Management: Follow standard packaging procedures to proactively identify and elevate risks, define criteria for technical validation, and review drawings before sharing them with new suppliers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Packaging, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Experience: Strong professional background in manufacturing environments, featuring deep expertise in end-to-end packaging development and a proven track record of successful project management.
Language: Intermediate English proficiency.
Technical Skills & Knowledge: Solid understanding of packaging material design, manufacturing processes, experimental design, and statistics. Proficiency in SAP, Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, and project management software (Smartsheet/MS Project).
