The Client and Partner Technologies (CPT) organization is responsible for the tools and technology that bring Netflix to millions of devices and enable Netflix to reach millions of members through our global partnerships with Smart TV+, Operator, and other partners. Within CPT, the Partner Enablement Apps group builds and evolves the suite of applications and services that power the lifecycle of these partnerships.
Within Partner Enablement Apps, the PANDA team (Platform Applications N' Domain Acceleration) builds the platforms that unify how Netflix partners access and work with our ecosystem. We own partner identity, access control, and the shared applications and frameworks that enable consistent, secure, and scalable collaboration between Netflix and its partners. Our work empowers teams across the partnership domain to move faster by giving them reliable, reusable capabilities they can build on instead of solving the same problems from scratch.
We are looking for a senior full-stack engineer to build and support these platforms, which multiple Netflix teams rely on to deliver their applications worldwide. In this role you will lead cross-functional initiatives, own projects end-to-end, and play a key role in shaping the architecture that spans our growing portfolio of applications and services.

The PANDA Team is based in Brazil, the United States, and Canada. We are part of the broader Partner Enablement Apps group, which also includes engineers in Poland, Amsterdam, and Taiwan. You will collaborate across regions and time zones, building platforms with global reach and helping foster a cohesive, high-performing culture despite geographic distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Delivery
Design, build, and support full-stack platforms and shared frameworks used across the partnership domain.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and own projects end-to-end, from requirements through deployment and the iterations that follow.
Help shape the architecture that spans our growing portfolio of applications and services, with a keen eye for the progressive evolution of software.
Collaborate closely with Product and Design, shaping not only the technical part of the solution, but the whole product.
Engineering Excellence
Build reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems on the Netflix cloud-based tech stack, using Java, Node, React, GraphQL, and SQL and NoSQL databases.
Champion strong engineering practices: comprehensive testing, observability, and sustainable operational support.
Stay current with tools and technologies, assessing their relevance and driving adoption where it helps.
Collaboration & Influence
Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers across the organization to design solutions that meet real partner and internal needs.
Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar through example and a bias for action.
Communicate technical concepts and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
Strong software skills in Java and React with expertise in industry-standard frameworks.
Strong system design and architecture skills, with experience building platforms that scale.
Experience owning projects end-to-end and leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your work, and open to evolving how you engineer as these tools mature.
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
7+ years of relevant industry experience.
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B platform development or partner-facing applications.
Experience with GraphQL/DGS and building shared frameworks or paved-path tooling.
Interest or experience building AI-powered capabilities (e.g. agentic tools and MCPs) into the products you own.
Background in device ecosystem or consumer electronics partnerships.
Prior experience at a high-growth technology company operating at scale.
A track record of collaborating effectively across distributed teams and time zones.
