Are you looking for the opportunity to create substantial impact on business profitability through the reduction of operational waste across one of Amazon's fastest-growing markets? The Network Losses Program Manager role in Brazil is that opportunity.
As a Network Loss Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of network loss reduction across Brazil's Fulfillment Center (FC) and Transportation networks. You will be responsible for overseeing network loss metrics, driving operational improvements, and managing product implementations that eliminate shrinkage, damages, concessions, and undeliverable losses across the entire supply chain. The scope of impact spans Transportation Losses, FC Losses (Warehouse Lost, Warehouse Damage, FC Shrinkage, Item Missing), and seller reimbursement optimization — working in close collaboration with FC/Transportation Operations, ACES, SL&P, NCRC, Products, Finance, and RoW Network Losses teams.
At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. Our team drives innovation while supporting continuous operational improvement. Brazil's network loss landscape presents a unique challenge: with several initiatives across three workstreams, a rapidly expanding warehouse footprint, and a complex reverse logistics network, this role requires someone who can connect the dots across multiple programs, drive accountability through mechanisms, and deliver measurable financial impact.
This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and technical environment. Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of driving operations, process fixes, and strategic initiatives to completion. The ideal candidate is motivated, data-driven, and agile — with strong cross-functional influencing skills and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
