Review and analyze user-generated content published across the platform, including text, images, videos, profiles, and comments.
Identify content that violates community standards, safety policies, or platform guidelines, applying moderation procedures accurately and consistently.
Classify, restrict, or remove inappropriate content while maintaining operational quality standards, productivity targets, and established SLAs.
Make moderation decisions with consistency, accuracy, and sound judgment when evaluating potentially sensitive content.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to specialized teams whenever necessary, ensuring proper handling and follow-up.
Maintain strict confidentiality and protect sensitive information throughout the review process.
Contribute to building a safe, inclusive, and respectful digital environment for millions of users worldwide.
Participate in ongoing training related to platform policies, moderation tools, and operational updates.

Completed secondary education (high school diploma)

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced – CEFR: B2-C2)
