FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR (LATAM)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electroelectronics, or related fields.
- Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proven field experience in industrial equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical service.
- Previous experience coordinating or leading technical teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for regional and international travel.
- Availability to reside in the Indaiatuba/SP region.
DIFFERENTIALS:
- Experience with conveyor systems, industrial equipment, automation, or food processing industries.
- Previous experience supporting regional or LATAM-wide field operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and support the LATAM Field Service Technician team.
- Provide coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence.
- Plan staffing, workload distribution, and travel priorities according to business demands.
- Support onboarding, certification, and continuous technical development of technicians.
- Oversee field service activities, including installations, FAT/SAT commissioning, troubleshooting, audits, and emergency support.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Monitor service KPIs, documentation standards, and customer satisfaction indicators.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities related to efficiency, safety, and resource allocation.
- Promote collaboration between technical teams and internal departments across the LATAM region.
