We are looking for a Casino Manager responsible for leading the implementation, operation, and continuous evolution of the BingoPlus Casino vertical within the regulated Brazilian market. This role owns the Casino operation both as a product and as a revenue driver, ensuring competitiveness, organization, engagement, and financial sustainability.The Casino Manager will work cross-functionally with Operations, CRM, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Data, and game providers, being responsible for portfolio curation, promotional planning, provider relationship management, and daily casino performance monitoring.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and daily operations of the Casino area, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals.
- Manage the casino games portfolio, including slots, live casino, crash games, and bingo, ensuring variety, quality, and relevance for the Brazilian audience.
- Curate and organize the casino lobby according to commercial strategy, promotional calendar, and game performance.
- Plan and execute the weekly game release calendar, ensuring proper exposure and alignment with Marketing and CRM communications.
- Negotiate commercial conditions with game providers for promotions, bonuses, tournaments, acquisition and retention campaigns, including co-marketing initiatives.
- Plan, configure, and monitor casino promotions such as cashback campaigns, tournaments, missions, leaderboards, and special campaigns.
- Monitor casino performance daily, tracking metrics such as GGR, NGR, turnover, active users, promotion engagement, and player behavior.
- Work closely with Risk and Compliance teams to define limits, promotional rules, anti-abuse policies, and financial exposure controls.
- Act as the main technical and operational point of contact with providers for incident resolution, configuration adjustments, and integration follow-ups.
- Support the Customer Support team with operational rules, terms, and clarifications related to the casino operation.
- Ensure casino banners, content, rules, and communications are accurate, updated, and aligned with the defined strategy.
- Report results, risks, opportunities, and action plans periodically to leadership teams.
Must Have
- Proven experience managing or operating online casino platforms.
- Previous experience within the Brazilian online casino or iGaming market.
- Strong knowledge of slots, live casino, crash games, and casino promotional mechanics.
- Business-oriented mindset applied to casino operations, understanding the impact of promotions, margins, and player behavior.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in daily operations.
- Experience collaborating closely with Marketing, CRM, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Analytical profile with the ability to interpret performance data and support decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills to manage launch calendars, promotions, and multiple simultaneous demands.
- Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with providers and internal stakeholders.
- Advanced or fluent English is mandatory for communication with global stakeholders.
