We are expanding our presence in Brazil and building our B2B/B2G and strategic partnerships operation in the region and looking for a highly entrepreneurial, hands-on, and relationship-driven professional to help develop new commercial and institutional opportunities with:

and strategic ecosystem partners.
This is a founding, early-stage role for someone excited about building partnerships and market expansion initiatives from the ground up in Brazil.

Requirements:
- Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or consultative B2B sales

Experience in EdTech, corporate learning, workforce development, employability, or social impact initiatives is a strong plus
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Highly proactive, hands-on, and comfortable with autonomy

Comfortable operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments with evolving processes

Ability to create opportunities from scratch and develop long-term strategic relationships

Experience working with universities, HR/L&D teams, ESG initiatives, or institutional programs is a plus

What you will do:
- Develop new B2B and B2G partnership opportunities in the Brazilian market

Prospect and build relationships with companies, universities, social impact organizations, and institutional partners

Lead strategic meetings and consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders

Structure commercial proposals and partnership models

Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and partnership development processes

Generate opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting

Help build TripleTen’s commercial and partnerships playbook for Brazil

Collaborate directly with leadership on expansion and go-to-market strategy
