Among our clients, we have leading brands such as AB InBev, Singularity University, FINN and Tapcart.
Our commitment to high-quality services has earned us recognition as the Top 1 Mobile Development company in Latin America and among the top 10 globally for Mobile App and Custom Software Development by Clutch and a GPTW-certified company for 9 years in a row.
At Cheesecake Labs, quality is not something we validate at the end of the process.
We’re usually brought in when products are still evolving, requirements are not fully defined yet, and teams need to balance speed, user experience, business priorities, and technical quality all at the same time.
Many of our client engagements start with strategic conversations and evolve quickly into active projects. That’s why we maintain a network of strong contractor QA professionals we can engage quickly when the right projects come in.
This is not a "just execute test cases" type of role.
On a typical project, you might:
- Perform exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing across web and mobile applications
- Work closely with team members to figure out what should actually be built
- Validate that applications meet business, functional, and user experience requirements
- Identify, document, and communicate bugs with clear reproduction steps and relevant context
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the development lifecycle
- Plan and execute test cycles, helping define priorities, scope, and coverage
- Participate in product and delivery discussions with international clients and multidisciplinary teams
We’ve seen that people who thrive in this type of engagement usually:
- Have solid experience with manual testing, including exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Have hands-on experience testing mobile applications across iOS and Android environments
- Know how to identify, document, prioritize, and communicate issues clearly
- Think beyond test cases and genuinely care about product quality and user experience
- Collaborate well with engineers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Already use AI as part of their day-to-day workflow — whether for test case creation, bug investigation, documentation, workflow acceleration, or quality analysis
Just to be transparent:
- You’re looking for a highly stable long-term internal role with fixed scope and predictable allocation
- You prefer working only from predefined test scripts and rarely challenge requirements
- You’re uncomfortable collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams
- You dislike ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- You see quality as solely the QA team's responsibility
There’s nothing wrong with any of that — it’s just not how these engagements usually operate.
