The VME (Vendor Management Excellence) Brazil Central team needs a Program Manager to lead our transformation from manual coordination to intelligent automation.
Here's the opportunity: our large team manages hundreds of vendors across Brazil's top product categories, and we're ready to transform how we operate. Our Brand Specialists are eager to spend more time on strategic vendor partnership rather than manual coordination across disconnected tools. We see a clear path to improve team satisfaction and vendor experience simultaneously through smart automation and process design. You'll make that happen.
What You'll Build? You'll create the systems and processes that enable Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Brazil to scale strategically:
- Scalable automation systems that replace manual Excel processes and fragmented tools, giving our team back hours per week to focus on strategic vendor partnership. You'll identify the highest-impact automation opportunities and work with tech teams to build solutions that eliminate repetitive coordination work.
- Data infrastructure to track performance, measure productivity objectively, and make evidence-based resource decisions across multiple product families. For the first time, we'll have visibility into how our teams spend time, which activities drive vendor success, and where to invest resources for maximum impact.
- AI-powered solutions that handle routine coordination, dramatically reducing response times to match global benchmarks. You'll leverage Amazon's AI capabilities to transform how we serve vendors at scale.
- Standardized processes that work across our decentralized structure, creating consistency while respecting product family nuances. You'll design scalable mechanisms that get adopted across all product families without requiring constant customization.

- Experience working cross functionally with tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
