As a Senior Network Planning & Optimization Consultant, your mission will be to drive end-to-end network performance improvements across 2G to 5G technologies. You will be deeply involved in optimization strategies, performance monitoring, and deployment validation, acting as a key technical reference throughout the network lifecycle.
Network Planning & Optimization

Execute planning and optimization activities across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G
- Perform drive test analysis, reporting, and E2E log analysis using tools like TEMS Discovery
- Conduct initial tuning, single site validation, and cluster optimization
- Monitor, analyze, and report on network KPIs
- Perform benchmarking and multi-vendor parameter mapping
- Identify inconsistencies and ensure database corrections
Deployment & Validation

Support RAN solution implementations (RAN, Core, ORAN, NPO)
- Validate functional and technical deployments
- Troubleshoot integration issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
- Execute configuration tuning to stabilize solutions
- Provide early-life support and act as a technical reference
Performance & Quality Management

Continuously monitor network performance and quality
- Analyze RAN, Core, and E2E KPIs
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex issues
- Define and implement optimization and corrective actions
- Collaborate with optimization teams, operations, and customer care
- Deliver operational and executive reports
- Participate in quality governance activities
Automation & Knowledge Sharing

Drive process automation using BI, data analysis, and scripting
- Contribute to technical workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Document best practices and lessons learned

Strong experience with mobile networks (2G to 5G) and RAN optimization
- Deep knowledge of 5G NR and 3GPP specifications
- Expertise in RF optimization, capacity planning, and performance management
- Solid understanding of network KPIs, parameters, and optimization impact
- Familiarity with network lifecycle processes (rollout, swap, modernization)
- Experience with tools such as ATOLL, TEMS Discovery, NetAct, U2020

Knowledge of Open RAN architectures
- Experience with BI tools, SQL, and Python scripting
- Exposure to multi-vendor environments
