Job Description
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Colombo-based management team, providing HR expertise and support in aligning business objectives with people strategies.
• Design and implement HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Act as a coach and counselor to managers and employees, facilitating conflict resolution and providing guidance on employment policies and practices.
• Conduct recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the hiring of top talent to meet the business needs and growth plans in Sri Lanka.
• Collaborate with the central HR team to roll out global HR programs and initiatives, adapting them to the local context as necessary.
Position Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Above four years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in a business partnering role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Sri Lanka, as well as best practices in HR.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data and metrics to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
