Job Description
• Serve as a strategic partner to the business leaders in Sri Lanka-Colombo, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive performance and growth.
• Design and implement effective HR strategies and programs, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
• Manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality HR support and services.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee well-being, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Position Requirement
• Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Above 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least two years in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations in Sri Lanka, as well as best practices in HR management.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive change within the organization.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members and resolve complex employee relations issues.
