- Develop people, processes, and controls to ensure high performance in manufacturing, considering product quality, delivery performance, and information flow

- Ensure that department costs are absorbed by production volumes (positive labor & process overhead)
- Promote Manufacturing synergy with the needs of new product development teams (PTM)
- Actively participate with Product Managers in developing feasibility studies for new products
- Act as a promoter of the procedures that support our quality, environmental, health, and safety certifications
- Achieve the best balance between delivery efficiency and efficient inventory management
- Maintain good communication with customers and partners, seeking customer satisfaction by meeting delivery, quality, and best product cost
- Focus on team development, promoting knowledge improvement and fulfillment of the mission

- Completed higher education in Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration
- Knowledge of energy efficiency, particularly related to reducing electricity consumption in daily activities
- Production management and lean manufacturing
- Supply chain management, including transportation, handling, and storage
- Knowledge of foreign trade is desirable
- Solid experience in people management
