The Mission
Synco Live is a Live Commerce agency in a rapidly growing market. We don't have time for fluff. We need an Operations Manager who can act as a "mini-me" to the leadership - someone who can take the coordination and turn it into flawless execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
You are the engine. Your job is to make sure the wheels don't come off while we're driving at 200km/h.
- Execute & Coordinate: Manage live productions, logistics, and timelines with zero friction.
- Problem Solve: Fix things before they break. If they break, fix them instantly.
- Manage Time: You are a master of your own schedule and ours.
- Communicate: Deliver clear, concise, and effective updates across the team.
The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves)
- Fluent English: This is non-negotiable. You will be communicating in English daily.
- Reliability: When you say it’s done, it’s done. No excuses.
- Bias for Action: You move fast. You’d rather ask for forgiveness than permission.
- Extreme Ownership: You take 100% responsibility for your domain.
- Resilience: You thrive when things get intense.
Who You Are
We are looking for an A-Class player. You are either:
- The Experienced Operator: You have a proven track record of executing complex ops and want a place where your impact is recognized.
