The Finance General team manages the planning and direction of finance process and activities. Activities include the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs.
The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as the primary financial partner for our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business unit, while seamlessly supporting general corporate finance, budgeting, and FP&A functions for the broader local operations. This role requires an agile professional who can translate complex digital commerce metrics (such as customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and digital margins) into actionable business strategies, while maintaining rigorous financial controls and corporate reporting standards..
Own the financial model for the D2C business unit, providing deep-dive analysis on digital revenue streams, margins, and profitability channels.
Track, analyze, and challenge core e-commerce metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
Partner closely with the Marketing and Digital Growth teams to evaluate the efficiency of media spend, promotional campaigns, and discount structures.
Analyze D2C fulfillment costs, shipping margins, and return rates to optimize supply chain and logistics expenditures.
Lead the construction of the annual budget and rolling monthly forecasts for both the D2C unit and general local operations.
Perform monthly variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast), identifying key drivers of over- or under-performance and recommending corrective actions to leadership.
Monitor working capital specific to the D2C model, tracking inventory turnover, cash conversion cycles, and local payment behaviors (e.g., credit card installments/parcelamento and Pix).
Prepare monthly financial review decks and business performance summaries for local management and regional/global leadership.
Provide financial validation for new business cases, product launches, capital expenditures (CapEx), and localized technology integrations.
Collaborate with the accounting and tax teams during month-end closing processes to ensure accurate revenue recognition and expense accruals for the digital business.
Ensure alignment of local commercial strategies with corporate financial governance, policies, and internal controls.
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning (FP&A), or commercial finance.
Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (financial modeling, macros, complex formulas) is mandatory.
Systems: Experience with ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Totvs) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Languages: Native/Fluent Portuguese and business-fluent English (written and verbal) are required for active collaboration with international stakeholders.

Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholders (Marketing, Logistics, Product).

Degree: An MBA or specialized specialization in Corporate Finance/Data Analytics is a plus.
Industry Background: At least 2 years of direct experience working within an e-commerce, D2C, retail, or subscription-based business model is strongly preferred.
Systems: Experience with ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Totvs) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with Google Analytics or e-commerce platforms (e.g., VTEX, Shopify) is highly desirable.
Languages: Spanish preferred.
