Job Description
1. Lead deep-dive investigations into operational challenges, performance gaps, and process inefficiencies across the logistics network, including First Mile, Middle Mile, Last Mile, Fulfillment, and Transportation operations.
2. Identify, prioritize, and structure improvement opportunities related to operations, infrastructure, data, business intelligence, automation, capacity planning, network optimization, and cost reduction.
3. Translate business problems into actionable implementation plans with clear scope, timelines, ownership, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
4. Drive cross-functional execution by coordinating stakeholders across First Mile, Middle Mile, Last Mile, Operations Excellence, Planning, Finance, Procurement, Administration, Data & BI, and other business teams.
5. Act as the central owner for strategic operational initiatives, ensuring projects are implemented effectively and deliver measurable business impact.
6. Partner with logistics and operational teams to improve network productivity, service levels, throughput, capacity utilization, quality, and operational efficiency.
7. Monitor implementation progress, proactively identify risks and blockers, and drive timely resolution through stakeholder engagement and structured escalation.
8. Establish governance mechanisms, reporting frameworks, and performance tracking to ensure accountability and visibility across transformation initiatives.
9. Measure and track business impact, including cost savings, operational efficiency gains, productivity improvements, service-level enhancements, and customer experience outcomes.
10. Build a culture of continuous improvement by identifying scalable solutions, standardizing best practices, and ensuring sustainable adoption across the logistics organization.
Position Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
2. 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, transportation, e-commerce operations, network operations, or large-scale operational environments.
3. Strong understanding of logistics operations, including First Mile, Middle Mile, Last Mile, transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, or network planning functions.
4. Demonstrated track record of identifying operational challenges, developing practical solutions, and successfully driving implementation from concept through execution.
5. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities with the ability to diagnose root causes and convert insights into actionable improvement initiatives.
6. Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Operations, Planning, Finance, Procurement, Administration, Operations Excellence, Data & BI, and Infrastructure teams without direct reporting authority.
