Responsible for structuring, integrating and leading complex consulting studies and projects, ensuring strategic alignment, clear scope definition, risk control and value creation for the client. Acts as the focal point between technical workstreams and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring robust governance, schedule discipline and delivery quality.
Combines technical, economic and business perspectives to support decision making across the project lifecycle, from ambition setting to executive recommendations. Contributes to proposal development, contract management and strengthening the technical credibility of the practice in the market.
Key responsibilities:
Structuring and coordinating multidisciplinary technical workstreams
Planning, monitoring and reporting schedule, risks and interfaces
Supporting technical, economic and strategic decision making
Managing stakeholders and aligning with client objectives
Contributing to proposals, governance and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related discipline; postgraduate qualification is a plus
5+ years’ experience in consulting, capital projects or asset intensive industries (mining, metals, energy or heavy industry)
Strong project structuring, governance and stakeholder management capabilities
Proven ability to integrate technical, economic and strategic analyses
Solid understanding of project lifecycle, risk management and commercial frameworks
Excellent communication skills, with experience interfacing at executive level
