About the Position & Daily Responsibilities:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Quality Assurance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating gameplay, identifying technical issues, and ensuring our titles meet high-quality standards before reaching the players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bug Detection & Analysis: Review and evaluate video game content to identify, isolate, and document technical glitches, gameplay bugs, and performance issues.
- Reporting & Verification: Author comprehensive error reports for the development unit. Once fixes are deployed, re-test the software to validate resolution.
- Database Management: Input, organize, and maintain detailed bug tracking records in our internal databases, ensuring all project data remains current.
- Team Alignment: Work closely with the QA division to track progress and ensure project milestones and deadlines are successfully met.
- Market Research: Conduct comparative analysis of competing titles in the gaming market, providing structured reports on industry trends.
- Documentation & Security: Produce internal reference guides and documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding unreleased titles and intellectual property.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Location: Must be based in Sao Paulo
Language Proficiency: Fluent Brazilian Portuguese and advanced English (written and verbal communication skills).
Gaming Background: Solid understanding of the interactive entertainment market, with experience or strong familiarity with PC and Mobile gaming platforms.
Technical Skills: Competency utilizing standard office software, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and web navigation.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adaptability to learn unfamiliar systems independently, and a collaborative, professional mindset.
