Responsibilities

Design backend services primarily in Python

Oversee maintenance and improvements of existing C#/.NET components

Build REST APIs and AWS-based services for scalable deployment

Implement AI-powered features in production applications

Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical design decisions

Resolve production issues through efficient troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

Collaborate with Product, QA, and Architecture teams to align delivery

Create technical documentation and reinforce engineering best practices

Optimize system performance and improve maintainability over time
Requirements

Proven track record in commercial software development with 5+ years of experience

Deep expertise in Python development with working knowledge of C#/.NET

Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, REST API development, and Git

Solid background in SQL and building production backend applications

Strong understanding of cloud-native application development approaches

Thorough knowledge of object-oriented design principles, Clean Code, and software design patterns

Practical experience working in Agile development environments

Working knowledge of CI/CD practices and source control workflows

English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to have

Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM applications and Agentic AI concepts

Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, Terraform (HCL), and JavaScript / TypeScript

Skills in Prompt Engineering, Streamlit, and Jupyter Notebooks
