Your Mission
Responsible for the integrated management of the company's financial risks, including market risk, liquidity, credit, and regulatory capital management (BACEN). Structures and monitors policies, processes, and internal controls aligned with current regulations, with a focus on fixed income products (FIDC, CDB, CCB via SCD, and debt issuances). Builds and maintains KPIs and management reports, ensuring adherence to the institution's risk appetite and timely delivery of information to regulatory bodies and internal committees.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Monitor market and liquidity risk parameters through VaR, Stress Test metrics, and Liquidity Plan indicators, in compliance with BACEN requirements;

Track and report risks associated with the fixed income portfolio, including FIDCs, CDB issuances, CCBs (SCD), and other structured debt instruments;

Lead regulatory projects from a financial risk perspective, proposing process and control improvements to the area;

Draft and review risk policies, ensuring compliance with current legislation and BACEN guidelines;

Monitor indicators defined in the risk appetite policy, identifying breaches and demanding corrective action plans from the responsible areas;

Support regulatory capital management, ensuring compliance with applicable prudential requirements;

Prepare materials and reports for internal committees, senior leadership, and regulatory bodies;

Organize and optimize payment management and reconciliation processes, ensuring adequate controls and traceability.
