Position Summary
The Retail Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s retail financing strategy in alignment with business growth objectives. This role will work in close coordination with the CFO and the Sales Head to enhance sales of tractors and farm equipment through structured financing solutions, strategic partnerships with financial institutions, and effective dealer engagement. The incumbent will play a critical role in strengthening the company’s retail finance penetration and supporting overall market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
· Formulate and execute retail financing strategies to support the company’s sales targets and enhance customer access to financing solutions.
· Establish, manage, and deepen relationships with banks, financial institutions, captive financing entities, and credit agencies to secure beneficial product offerings.
· Collaborate with the dealer channel to increase retail finance penetration across the distribution network.
· Conceptualize, negotiate, and launch attractive financing programs and schemes in coordination with key stakeholders.
· Analyze financing performance metrics, monitor partner effectiveness, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
· Negotiate commercial and operational terms with partner institutions to ensure cost-effective and customer-friendly solutions.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable financial, banking, and credit regulations in Brazil.
· Provide management with regular reports and strategic insights on retail financing performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
· Contribute to long-term financial planning and market development initiatives to support the growth of the retail financing function.

Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline; a postgraduate degree or MBA will be considered an advantage.
· 8 to 10 years of proven experience in retail finance or financial services within the automotive, agricultural machinery, or industrial equipment sectors.
· Demonstrated expertise in building and managing partnerships with banks and financial institutions in Brazil and or Mercosur region
· Strong understanding of retail financing models, consumer lending structures, and credit risk management.
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
· Strategic thinker with sound business judgment and the ability to translate financial solutions into commercial outcomes.
· Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish will be an asset.

Pay: R$250,000.00 - R$350,000.00 per year
