Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Data Engineer with expertise in Snowflake, ADF, and dbt to join our team
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines using Azure Data Factory
- Develop and maintain data models and transformations using dbt within Snowflake
- Write and optimize SQL queries to ensure data quality, consistency, and performance
- Collaborate with Analytics, BI, and Data Science teams to understand data requirements
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure reliability of data workflows and pipelines
- Implement and contribute to data validation and data quality practices
- Document data architecture, processes, and technical decisions clearly
- Participate in code reviews and promote data engineering best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of database systems, data modeling, and advanced SQL
- Hands-on experience with dbt for building data transformations, models, and basic validation rules
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline orchestration
- Experience working with Snowflake, including query development and stored procedures
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting data pipelines
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Analytics, BI, Data Science)
- Strong communication skills, both technical and business-oriented
