What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly strategic and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team as our dedicated SAP.
Main assignments:

Strategic Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Proactively map the SAP talent market (S/4HANA, FICO, SD/MM....). Develop advanced search strategies to engage passive senior-level talent.

End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring high-quality pipelines and meeting aggressive hiring deadlines.

Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. Provide data-backed insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and candidate availability.

Candidate Experience & Negotiation: Manage high-touch candidate journeys, leading complex salary negotiations and closing senior-level offers with a focus on retention and culture fit.

Process Excellence & Innovation: Continuously refine our recruitment playbook. Identify, test, and implement new sourcing tools and innovative attraction strategies.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Own your recruitment KPIs. Analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the hiring process.

Employer Branding: Partner with leadership to elevate our brand in the tech space, showcasing our company as a top destination for SAP professionals.

Technical Mentorship: Serve as a mentor to the wider recruitment team, sharing best practices in tech sourcing and technical assessment techniques.
Requirements:

SAP Domain Expertise: Proven experience recruiting for SAP-specific roles (Consultants, Architects, Developers, or Functional Leads) in a fast-paced environment.

Full-Cycle Expertise: Strong track record in end-to-end technical recruitment, including complex negotiation and offer management.

Advanced Sourcing Skills: Deep proficiency in Boolean search, X-ray searching, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other specialized talent platforms.

Consultative Mindset: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and build long-term partnerships.

Data Fluency: Experience tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics (Time to Fill, Quality of Hire, Source Efficiency).
Differentials:

Experience in international recruitment or global SAP implementation projects.

Prior experience working in SAP consultancies or "Big 4" environments.

Experience in building and executing Employer Branding or talent community initiatives.
