Position summary
We are looking for a highly skilled NetSuite Specialist to manage, optimize, and evolve our NetSuite ecosystem across CRM, ERP, and custom platform capabilities. This role combines technical expertise, systems administration, and business analysis to ensure NetSuite effectively supports business operations, automation, scalability, and decision-making.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, NetSuite CRM, SuiteScript customization, integrations, and platform administration, while also being able to translate business requirements into efficient system solutions. Experience leveraging AI-driven tools and automation to improve workflows, reporting, testing, or user productivity is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities

Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the NetSuite ERP / CRM environment.
- Manage users, roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, forms, and system governance.
- Design, develop, and maintain customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and related NetSuite tools.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
- Act as a Business Analyst, identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Support order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, CRM pipelines, and other core business processes.
- Maintain system integrations with internal and third-party platforms.
- Ensure data integrity, security controls, audit readiness, and platform reliability.
- Lead release management, sandbox testing, change control, and production deployments.
- Create functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Use AI tools to improve reporting, accelerate issue diagnosis, enhance documentation, automate testing, or optimize business workflows.
- Provide end-user training and serve as the main escalation point for NetSuite-related issues.
Requirements

English B2+
- Advanced knowledge of NetSuite
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite Specialist, NetSuite Professional, NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer, or NetSuite Consultant.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of NetSuite ERP and CRM modules.
- Solid experience with SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x), SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Experience in system administration, user management, security roles, and governance.
- Strong business process understanding across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Ability to work as both, technical expert and business-facing analyst.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with integration via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools.
- NetSuite certifications (NetSuite Certified Specialist/Professional, NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer, SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or similar, etc.).
