Our team in the sun-soaked São Paulo office is currently seeking an ambitious Business Analyst to join the Product Operations function. In this role, you will work closely with Domain Product Managers, translating product decisions into clear, development-ready specifications across key platform areas such as user onboarding, payments, account management, and user interface.
This is a hands-on specification role focused on documentation quality and clarity. You will play a critical part in ensuring that product requirements are well-defined and implemented correctly from the outset.

As a Business Analyst at our company, we expect you to be responsible for the following:

Review incoming stakeholder requests (BRDs) for completeness before they enter the product discovery process; identify missing information, unclear scope, and gaps in ownership

Translate product decisions from discovery into detailed PRDs, including system behaviour, edge cases, validation rules, error handling, and acceptance criteria

Collaborate closely with Domain Product Managers to ensure specifications align with product intent and system architecture

Identify cross-functional dependencies and coordinate with Product Operations to ensure proper routing and prioritization

Own the quality of engineering handover documentation, ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and consistent with existing platform behaviour

Support the translation of compliance and regulatory requirements into structured, implementable specifications in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Contribute to backlog management by tracking specification readiness, identifying gaps, and supporting intake processes
Required skills:

2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role focused on product specification

Proven ability to produce high-quality PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge case documentation that engineering teams can act on directly

Strong understanding of system-level behaviour in digital platforms, including state management, validation flows, API interactions, and error handling

Experience working in product teams delivering consumer-facing digital products; experience in regulated or transactional environments is a plus

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate with several Product Managers simultaneously

High attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation

Professional proficiency in English; additional languages such as Portuguese or Spanish are a plus
