We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide technical infrastructure support to company users, ensuring the efficient operation of IT resources, including hardware, networks, Microsoft systems, telephony, printers, meeting rooms, and corporate technology services.
Location: São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil – Hybrid work model
Main Responsibilities:

Provide onsite and remote technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and corporate system issues;

Create, follow up, and close tickets through the Service Desk platform, ensuring proper documentation and categorization;

Perform basic maintenance on desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers;

Configure, install, and prepare laptops using Microsoft Autopilot and Intune;

Manage users, groups, permissions, and password resets in Active Directory and Azure - Microsoft Entra Admin;

Support and maintain Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments;

Manage IT assets, including laptops, mobile phones, monitors, and accessories;

Provide support for Apple iPhone devices and iOS operating system;

Assist users with Microsoft Office applications, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint;

Provide operational support for meeting rooms and auditoriums, ensuring proper operation of audio, video, and video conferencing systems;

Support corporate system access management according to internal policies;
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Infrastructure, Information Systems, or related fields.
Knowledge and Experience:

Fluent English (written and spoken);

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365;

Knowledge of Active Directory administration;

Experience with basic hardware maintenance;

Knowledge of physical networks and Wi-Fi infrastructure;

Experience with ticketing and Service Desk management tools;

Knowledge of laser and thermal printer configuration;

Knowledge of information security concepts and access management;

Support experience with iOS mobile devices;

Knowledge of Microsoft corporate environments;
