We are looking for a Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead change strategy for a high-complexity SAP transformation program, including process redesign and SAP S/4HANA rollout. Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end change strategy for the SAP transformation, covering communications, engagement, readiness, training, and impact management

Run maturity diagnostics and organizational impact assessments (OIA) to identify behavioral, operational, and cultural gaps

Coordinate executive governance rituals, steering committees, and stakeholder touchpoints across C-level, PMO, IT, and SAP functional streams
-
Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans that translate SAP topics into clear, business-oriented messages

Design and manage the SAP training plan, including training strategy, training needs assessment (TNA), schedule, and delivery
-
Drive change execution through cutover and hypercare, ensuring organizational readiness, risk mitigation, and adherence to the new operating model

Act as the bridge between SAP functional teams and business areas to clarify new-process impacts and adoption actions

Build executive dashboards with change KPIs and adoption indicators

Ensure alignment with internal methodologies and standards (SAP Activate, Clean Core, TAO when applicable) and global change best practices
Requirements

3+ years of experience delivering organizational change management in SAP programs, including implementation, rollout, or migration to SAP S/4HANA
-
3+ years of experience providing consultancy services in complex, enterprise environments

Senior stakeholder leadership skills to operate in complex, multi-geography, politically sensitive contexts

Strong project governance experience leading executive routines, steering committees, and business touchpoints

Strong change management framework knowledge (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) applied to digital and technology-driven transformations

Strong executive communication skills with clear, structured messaging for C-level audiences

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) to run workshops and produce reports in multinational governance
